Documented internal case
SEO audit of the Starkio website
This case concerns Starkio’s own website. It shows how a technical check becomes measurable work without presenting internal work as a client result.
01
Starting condition on 30 August 2026
The crawl checked 40 canonical URLs. All returned status 200, but 30 non-French pages declared French at the document root. One mobile Lighthouse test measured a score of 49, LCP of 4.5 seconds, TBT of 1,570 milliseconds and CLS of 0.
- 40 URLs checked by crawl
- 30 incorrect language declarations
- One mobile lab measurement without field data
02
Work applied
The correction sets the document language by market, reserves sitemap dates for articles with a real date, asks before loading Google Analytics and completes social images. It also adds redirect, cache and security rules that can be checked on the published version.
03
How the result is checked
The check repeats the crawl, reads response headers and rendered metadata, then runs three mobile Lighthouse tests on the same route. Search Console and field data remain necessary for index status and real visitor experience.
Boundary of this case
The figures come from the crawl and lab test run on 30 August 2026. They do not prove more traffic, enquiries or revenue.
